They did make the sims 4 free but I mean the base game is quite shocking in how. I was an avid sims 2 player when I was a kid and one of my favorite things that I missed from that game was that the witches sparkled compared to the regular sims, and none of the CC for body glitter quite fit the look I wanted, so I made my own!
